COVID-19 SPECIAL POLICY (all 2022 bookings)

Guarantee deposit of 20% of total booking value is required within 3 days of reservation to be paid directly to Little Agave by Bank Transfer or Bizum. Details will be provided in your confirmation.

Payments by bank card (hosted by Stripe): 

Guarantee deposit of 25% of total booking value is required to confirm your booking



Guarantee deposit of 25% of total booking value is required by credit/debit card at the time of confirmation OR, by bank transfer/Bizum within 3 days of reservation (to be paid directly to Little Agave; details will be provided in your confirmation email) 

Additional 25% of total booking value is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Little Agave on arrival, by cash, bank card or Bizum

3. Cancellation Policy

COVID-19 SPECIAL POLICY (all 2022 bookings):

Cancellations received more than 14 days before arrival: 

No cancellation penalties. Full deposit refunded or transferable to a future date (within 12 months of original reservation date). Cancellation must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival: 25% deposit withheld

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES: If you are unable to travel due to local travel restrictions, international travel restrictions or Covid-19 related illnes:

No penalty for cancellations received up to 2 days prior to arrival. Written cancellation must be provided at least 48hrs prior to arrival, with proof of justification (government travel restrictions, airline restrictions or details of positive Covid-19 test)

Cancellations received within 48hrs of arrival: 25% deposit withheld


Cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival: 25% of total withheld

Cancellations received from 30 days to 0 days prior to arrival: 50% of total withheld

No show or early departure: 100% of total withheld

4, Damages and breakages

Please take care of our accommodation. All of the fixtures and fittings are our own personal possessions and we ask that you respect them as you would your own belongings.

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. This includes spillages of food, drinks, tanning lotions and make up, on bedding, towels and rugs. We ask that you report any spillages as they occur so we can hopefully resolve the problem before any permanent damage is caused.

We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge and send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may also make an additional charge if you did not report this.

5. Guest Behaviour

We will not tolerate any type of abusive, violent or unacceptable behaviour towards ourselves or any fellow guest. In the event of any type of incident you and the rest of your party, will be required to leave immediately and the booking terminated. The total amount of the booking will be chargeable.
