2. Reservation
STANDARD POLICY:
Guarantee deposit of 25% of total booking value is required by credit/debit card at the time of confirmation OR, by bank transfer/Bizum within 3 days of reservation (to be paid directly to Little Agave; details will be provided in your confirmation email)
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Little Agave on arrival, by cash, Bizum or bank card
These payment policies are subject to change.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival:
No cancellation penalties. Full Little Agave deposit refunded or transferable to a future date (within 12 months of original reservation date). Cancellation must be requested in writing at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival: 25% deposit withheld.
Cancellations received within 15 days of arrival: 50% of booking value will be charged.
Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival: 100% of booking value will be charged.
No-show or early departure: the total balance of the stay is payable.

All cancellation requests must be sent via email.
(We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.)​

4. Cancellations by Little Agave
Little Agave reserves the right to cancel your booking in the event of an emergency. You will be fully refunded in the unlikely event that it is necessary to cancel your booking.
In rare instances, it may be necessary to move you to an alternative room (maintenance issues or emergencies etc..). If this is required, we will advise you and we will offer you the option of a full refund if you are not happy with the change. If a change involves a downgrade, we will refund you the difference in room rate. If a change involves an upgrade you will not be expected to pay anything additional.

In the (hopefully) unlikely event that Neil and I develop Covid during your stay, we will not be able to offer the daily breakfast gift.

5. Damages and breakages
Please take care of our accommodation. All of the fixtures and fittings are our own personal possessions and we ask that you respect them as you would your own belongings.
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. This includes spillages of food, drinks, tanning lotions and make up, on bedding, towels and rugs. We ask that you report any spillages as they occur so we can hopefully resolve the problem before any permanent damage is caused.
We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge and send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may also make an additional charge if you did not report this.

6. Guest Behaviour
We will not tolerate any type of abusive, violent or unacceptable behaviour towards ourselves or any fellow guest. In the event of any type of incident you and the rest of your party, will be required to leave immediately and the booking terminated. The total amount of the booking will be chargeable.
