When you send us an enquiry or make a booking with us we collect the names

of all the guests who will be staying, plus the home address, email address and

telephone number of the person making the booking. For bookings, we collect 

passport number, nationality, date of birth and place of birth of all guests (as

required under Spanish law). 

We also collect a debit or credit card number to take the deposit equal to the

first night of your stay.

Why we collect such personal information

We require this information to comply with applicable laws and regulations. 

In addition, we require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.​​

Little Agave is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote and sell our rooms. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.​

WiFi Surveillance Cameras

 

We have 3 WiFi cameras on the outside of the B&B. One looks down the drive on the approach to the the main gate, the other looks over the car park towards the front gate of the house and the 3rd looks out over our front cactus garden. None of the cameras are pointed at the guest bedrooms, door or windows.

We use these cameras for the security of our property, ourselves, our animals, our guests and our guests’ property. 

The only people to have access to this data are B&B owners, Ben Feetham and Neil Dyte. The data can only be accessed via an app on our smartphones, both of which are password protected.
